Note to self … re burger.
Took some staff out to lunch today. A couple ordered the most delicious burger. Should be simple to make. Must try and have catering team design a House Burger as our signature dish.
I learned that if you add a rash of bacon and some melted cheese on top you can call it a New York House Burger. Cool .
