About Russ
Russ along with his wife Sarah leads the family of New Life Church in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. He has two boys, Jordan and Joseph and all have been born and raised in Scunthorpe.
After college he spent fifteen years working in finance with HBOS in roles such as Business Development and Sales Manager. During most of this period he was also the Creative Arts Director of New Life and travelled widely equipping and developing creative teams.
After being drawn into a full-time pastoral ministry, Russ became the Youth Pastor at the same church before inheriting the Senior Pastorship in September 2001.
Russ is committed to raising a community which believes in a big God, builds big people and belongs to a big church. New Life has a message of “Hope for the people of North Lincolnshire” which it delivers through the example of its brilliant people and excellent community enterprises.
